Effects of Forestry on Carbon Emissions in China: Evidence From a Dynamic Spatial Durbin Model

چکیده
Research has proved the significance of forests in controlling carbon emissions, however, our research sheds light on management existing to combat climate change. To examine role forestation and forest investment activities, dynamic spatial techniques are used for 30 provinces China. The results suggest that not only reduce locally but also neighboring provinces. Furthermore, findings current study confirmed is most viable practice control emissions China instead just increasing total area. Reforms regarding would be a good policy both pollution reduction employment generation.

Investigating the Effect of Overflow Effects from Heat Sector of Iran on Greenhouse Gas Emissions; Application of Space Durbin Model
Issues related to environment are one of the most important issues that confront communities in recent decades. Resource scarcity and the necessity of development for Iran and other similar countries requires us to deal with carbon dioxide emissions as a manifestation of environmental crisis. In this study, we assess the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions as a dependent variable wi...
متن کاملDiverse Effects of Consumer Credit on Household Carbon Emissions at Quantiles: Evidence from Urban China
This paper surveys the diverse effects of consumer credit on household carbon emissions (HCEs) based on consumption patterns revealed by urban Chinese survey data. Based on the foundation of existing literature, consumption patterns and influential factors are carefully chosen to build empirical models that apply Heteroscedasticity-consistent covariance matrix estimation and quantile regression...
متن کاملReducing Carbon Emissions from Shopping Trips: Evidence from China
With rising income and the emergence of modern shopping centers in urban China, shopping trips by private car becomes more and more common, leading to higher carbon emissions in the transport sector. Encouraging car owners to shift transport mode from private car to public transport could achieve significant emissions reductions. This study estimate carbon emissions savings by shifting from pri...

introduction: under the principles of international law, no state has the right to use or permit the use of its territory in such a manner as to cause damage to the environment of other states. spatial econometrics provides a powerful tool to assess the influence of the pollution of neighboring countries on a country's pollution level. spatial spillover effects play a significant role in a...
